Pushpendra Agrawal, a Promoter Managing Partner of the firm, having more than 22 years experience in the field of Project Financing, Working Capital Appraisals and Syndication of Finance from Financial Institutions and Banks, Financial Feasibility Studies of Projects, USGAAP, Management and Internal Audits of MNCs, Statutory Audit of Companies, Stock Audits and Special Investigation Audits (SIA).  His area of specialisation is preparation of Project Reports, Loan Syndication, Working Capital Management, Viability Studies and Financial Feasibility Studies etc. He has experience in the matters related to Taxation – Income Tax and Wealth Tax, GST, FEMA and Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA). He has experience of Audit of Central Statutory Audit of Nationalised Bank. He is actively involved in the Chapter of Jaipur Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and written various articles on Accounting Standards and Income Tax.
